Kim is the founder and creator of Just Put it Out There! Live Talk Radio Show. She is nearing her third season as the host of the show and she also co-hosts Let's Talk Real Life, both of which are heard on radio station WGAI AM 560 out of Moyok/Elizabeth City North Carolina. As a wife, mother and small business owner, she has a straight forward perspective on the issues she covers. Her desire to positively impact the lives of others, especially those in her listening audience, is why she is on the air.

Living in Asheville, NC since the age of three, “Ms. Bettie” is a retired elementary school teacher. She enjoys teaching and is currently an adjunct instructor at Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College.
Ms. Bettie is Christian who gives all credit to God for all she does. She is an innovator, inventor, entrepreneur and community activist. She is strategic, focused and pays attention to details when she works on her many projects. She is now working on several projects including the Asheville Eagles Basketball League, Racial Equity Institute trainings and the Stop the Violence Coalition. Her motto for these initiative is, “Pro-Active not Re-Active!”
The Asheville Eagles Basketball League is for African American males and females ages 5-50. The two primary goals for the league are to inspire students to improve academic grades and to help students and adults become more physically active (Health).
Ms. Bettie is always charged about her projects and loves saying, “Let's Do This!”
Venita Garvin, President of the Garvin Valdez Group, LLC, a boutique specializing in resource development, grant writing, special event planning, and strategic planning for non-profits. Also, The Garvin Valdez Group conducts professional and personal development seminars for adult women and teen girls. The signature program for teen girls is the topic on teen dating violence. Venita has co-authored two books, "Becoming Your Own Best Friend" and "Life is An Attitude, The Power of Positive Living". Venita’s contributions to co-authored books are When the Vows Break, How to Handle Divorce and Getting through the Hurt Locker Years.
Tacky Tie Films
Rick Welch is an entrepreneur from Western North Carolina who owns a production company called Tacky Tie Films. His latest endeavor Tacky Tie Online was created to bring talented people musicians, actors, writers, artists and other creative people to one place. He is a Christian filmmaker whose films focus on the human condition and their responses to God and His holy word in difficult circumstances in life. His passion is to make films that are radically different from those found in the industry today with Christ at the center. His first full length feature film titled Still Waters released on October 14, 2016. The DVD is now available on www.tackytiefilms.com. In 2017 he is launching the entire Tacky Tie Online suite.
Rick became a Christian at the age of ten but struggled with his faith for many years. In his twenties he recommitted his life to Christ and began to study the scriptures intensely. He resides in Hoopers Creek, North Carolina with his wife and family.
